Vehicle Acquisition Summary Report - Summary Tab
The Summary tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen is used to view information about vehicle acquisitions. Information on this tab includes the number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads, the number of service customers from whom vehicles were acquired, and the number of acquisitions by transaction type, such as trade-in.

To access the Summary tab, select the Summary tab on the Report Results panel on the Vehicle Acquisition Summary screen. |
The Summary tab is divided into the following sections.

Note - This section is only available when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.

Note - This section is only available when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.
The Overall Summary section is used to review information regarding the number of acquisition matches. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead.
The following rows are available in the Overall Summary section when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.
Total Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during the entered date range displays as a link. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.
All Acquisition Transactions: The total number of vehicles acquired from customers during the entered date range displays.
Match % Of All Acquisition Transactions: The percentage of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during the entered date range displays.
The following rows are available in the Overall Summary section when Lead Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.
Total Leads Sent: The number of XtreamService leads sent to the integrated customer relationship management (CRM) application during the entered date range displays.
Total Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during the entered date range displays. Click this link to display the Detailed Results window, where details of the acquisitions can be reviewed.
Closing Rate: The percentage of acquisition matches generated from leads sent during the entered date range displays.
The Customer Summary section is used to review the number of acquisition matches based on the type of customers from whom vehicles were acquired. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead. The title of this section displays as a link, which can be used to access the Customers tab of the report.
Note - This section is only available when Vehicle Acquisition Transaction Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.
The following columns are available in the Customer Summary section.
The following types of customers can display.

Service Acquisition Customers. These customers have service history but no previous history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

Repeat Acquisition Customers. These customers have history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.

Other Acquisition Customers. These customers have no previous service history or history selling vehicles to the dealership prior to the report time frame.
Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during
The Interactions Summary section is used to review the number of acquisition matches based on the type of customer interaction. An acquisition match is a vehicle acquired from an XtreamService lead. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns. The total number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService prospects for each type of customer interaction displays. The title of this section displays as a link, which can be used to access the Interactions tab of the report.
The following columns are available in the Interactions Summary section.
Interaction Group: The campaign during which the customer interaction that led to a vehicle acquisition occurred displays. Customer interactions occur when employees communicate with customers, such as during service appointments or sales campaigns.
Total Interactions Sent: The number of customer interactions associated with the corresponding interaction group during the entered date range displays.
Note - This column only displays when Lead Date is entered in the Type field on the Report Criteria panel.

Acquisition Type: The type of deal, such as Trade-In, displays.
Total Acquisition Transactions: The number of vehicles acquired from customers during the entered date range for the corresponding acquisition type displays.
Acquisition Matches: (Link) The number of vehicles acquired from XtreamService leads during
% Of All Acquisition Transactions: The percentage of vehicle acquisitions associated with the the corresponding acquisition type displays.
